From a lunge, step and jump to a line with arms low and back vertical

Handstand Hold

Nose to wall. Hold for 10 seconds.

Consecutive Board Punches

Hands on a block, punch the board 5 times in pike shape showing signs of rebound at least once

Flat-back Drill

 From a lunge, kick to handstand and go over to flat back onto 8 inch mat

Hurdle, Punch, Straight Jump

Under arm swing and straight body in jump

BARS

Jump to Front Support Forward Roll

Basic Swings

Show regrasp of hands at peak of back swing,  release & land

3 Sole Circle Swings

Straddled with straight legs

1 Glide Swing

Point, Step Walk: Fwd, Backward, & Sideways Correct weight transfer
