Run, Punch, Hollow Dive Roll             From board onto large incline + two 8" mats. Mush show extended hollow & flight before hands hit.

Consecutive Board Punches Hands on a block, punch the board 5 times in pike shape showing rebound at least three times

Flat Back

From a punch board onto 32" of stacked mat. Must hit handstand position . Allow slight pike

Horizontal Hurdle on Floor From less than 3 steps show feet tightly kicking forward on floor (wrinkle carpet to initiate rotation)

Run Punch Layout 3/4 Front on "Trak"         Use "Trak" and land on back with 1 or 2- 8"mats.

Horizontal Hurdle on Board         From less than 3 step show feet tightly kicking forward on floor (wrinkle carpet to initiate rotation)

BARS

Glide Swing

Jump to bar, Straight leg glide, shoulders open on jump

Underswing Dismount

Single leg Shoot Throught

Tap Swing

With legs together & shoulders open, show hollow to tight arch through bottom of swing

5 Leg Lifts

On Stall Bars to 45° above horizontal May use "wolf" shape

Mill Circle

Cartwheel on Medium Beam  with 8" mat

Handstand Above 60° on Floor Beam

Cartwheel on High Beam

with 8" mats stacked up to beam

Cartwheel to side Handstand on Floor Beam Hold 1 second

Cartwheel on the High Beam with Three 8" Mats

Full handstand on the Medium Beam\

Hold one second

BEAM

Split Jump to 90°

Scale

Hold two seconds with chest up

Snap Heel Turn

Arms: prepare to "beach ball", end by steeping backward to releve

Full handstand on Floor Beam

1/2 Coupe Turn on Releve on Medium Beam       Other toe touching support ankle

Split Leap to 90° on Medium Beam            with 8" mats up to beam, both legs reach peak height at the same time

FLOOR

Backbend

may use on 8" mat

Handstand hold for more than one second  with good body position

Bridge kick over

Straight-Arm Backward Roll to pushup shape

On floor. Straight arms and hollow back throughout.

Backbend kick-over

Front Handspring off large blocks to full stand on 8" mat

FLOOR

Full Coupe Turn

arms in crown position with foot by ankle

While being spotted on Back Handspring show correct leg and torso position

Split Leap to 90° 

Both legs reach peak height at the same time

Back Handspring on Trampoline or Tumble Track
