Run Punch Layout 3/4 Front 

Use board and land on back with 2- 8" mats.

Flat Back   onto 32" of stacked mats. Must hit handstand position. Show preflight , No pike

Run Punch Front Tuck

From spring board onto 1- 8" mat. Land on feet with under arm-circle.

Flat Back    onto 40" of stacked mats. Must hit handstand position. Show pre-flight, no pike

Run Punch High Front Tuck

Chest High Land on feet with under arm-circle.

From tramp or "Track" Block off Horse    Show repulsion off horse to stand on mat

BARS

Tap Swings with form and acceleration legs straight, show hollow, arch, hollow, correct timing

Jump to catch high bar     From low bar or block placed 5 feet away

Front Hip Circle

Backward Leg Cut

Use on quick, fluid motion with Straight arms and legs

Cast Squat on Jump Off Forward

Glide Kip on Strap Bar

BEAM

Kick to 3/4 Cross Handstand on High Beam Land in lunge

Cartwheel to a Lunge on the High Beam with Two 8" Mats

Cartwheel to Side Handstand 1/4 Turn Dismount

Back Walkover on Floor Beam with Mats

Kick to 7/8 Handstand on High Beam

Land in a lunge

Cartwheel to a Lunge on the High Beam with one8" mat

BEAM

1/2 Coupe Turn on Releve on High Beam

Squat-On Mount         From springboard to squat pos. onto balls of feet with back vertical, arms in " beach ball"

Backward Swing Turn
