Gymtowne SSF Privates Policy

• Employees conducting Private Lessons at the gym must have completed all required certifications.

• Private Lessons must be conducted on equipment that is not scheduled for use by a class or team.

• Employees must not decline to teach a class where needed so they can conduct Private Lessons instead.

• Private Lessons may only be conducted when the gym is already open and operating.  Employees may not open the gym without permission of the Ownership to conduct Private Lessons.

• The Payment of Private Lessons must go through the gym.  The Employee sets the rate and the payment is made to Gymtowne Gymnastics SSF.  The Employee is then paid through payroll less the $20 per hour facility use fee.

• The Employees rate for privates must be communicated to the Ownership prior to any Private Lessons being scheduled.

• The Front Office must be notified of the following prior to the private lesson taking place:

  • Name of the child

  • Day and time of the lesson

  • Length of the lesson

• The Client must pay in full for the Private Lesson before the lesson begins.
